As a cleaning company, we consider ourselves on the front line fighting against bacteria and viruses. We want to make every effort possible to keep our staff and our clients as protected as possible from COVID-19. We will continue to take recommended measures given by the CDC until further notice. Additional measure we are taking:
Any employee who is displaying symptoms of illness, regardless of if they are related to COVID-19 or not, is not allowed to come into work.
We are diligently working to sanitize all equipment and will be using fresh vacuum filters between all Shines so that any potential virus will not be spread between homes.
We are still incorporating our Standard Shine procedures in our Shines. However, we are also now using the CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting. Measures that we are asking our clients to take:
You are not required to vacate your home during your Shine, however please practice social distancing as recommended by public health officials.
If someone in your home is sick, please let us know so we can reschedule your Shine.
We will do our part to keep our commitment to showing up at our scheduled time. We ask that you try your best to keep your scheduled Shine. If you need to cancel, please provide as much notice as possible. Our normal cancellation policy is at least 24 hours.
